Absent…
So where have I been lately? Well, to be honest I have been here following the guidelines that Derek over at Scivation setup for me in regards to diet and exercise. Unfortunately work and school have kept me from updating this site and the spreadsheet I have been meaning to send to Derek each week, but I plan on changing that starting next week.
On Saturday morning I will be taking my measurements and weight and will start over at week 1 with logging and blogging. I will summarize my past 5 weeks of workouts as typically the most gains are done within those weeks starting from scratch to where I am now.
